Whether it fits your estate, what it does not do yet, pricing, or a walkthrough. Telling us roughly how many premises you run and what you are using today makes the first reply a useful one rather than a request for more detail.

Two ways, both read by us rather than by a queue. Use the Get in touch button in the corner of any page, or email us directly and put the reason in the subject line. The four routes below are the same either way.
Reporting a security problem
Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it. We will acknowledge within two working days, keep you updated, and credit you if you want that. We will not pursue anyone who reports a problem in good faith.
About your own data
Ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent for the summary email. We respond within one month, usually far sooner.
Something here blocked you
Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what you were using. We aim to reply within five working days and to fix rather than explain.
What we cannot help with
We cannot tell you whether your premises are in scope. We can show you how the test works and what the Act says — the guide does that and the scope check applies it to your figures — but the judgement is the responsible person's to make, and we are not lawyers.
If you need an answer from the regulator, the Security Industry Authority is the body responsible for enforcing the Act, and the Home Office and ProtectUK publish free guidance and templates.
