Working days. We will not pursue anyone who reports a problem in good faith, and we will credit you if you want that.
What we cannot help with
We cannot tell you whether your premises are in scope. We can show you how the test works and what the Act says: the guide does that, and the scope check applies it to your figures. The judgement is still the responsible person's to make, and we are not lawyers.
If you need an answer from the regulator, the Security Industry Authority is the body responsible for enforcing the Act, and the Home Office and ProtectUK publish free guidance and templates.
